Eno Reyes is co-founder and CTO of Factory, an AI research lab and platform building autonomous software development pipelines — collections of agents called Droids that handle code, testing, security review, and deployment end-to-end. Before co-founding Factory in 2023, Eno worked as an ML engineer at Microsoft and at Hugging Face, where he was an early contributor to the LangChain integration. Factory raised a $150M Series C at a $1.5B valuation in April 2026 and counts Nvidia, Adobe, and Morgan Stanley among its enterprise customers.
